Landline Phone Number

We give you a landline phone number to give the impression your business is at the size where you have an office.

  • Your customers get to see and call a normal landline number in stead of a mobile number.
  • Your business will look more professional when you advertise a landline number in stead of a mobile phone number.
  • You get to keep your personal mobile number private from customers or even pranksters.
  • you choose which customers you give your personal mobile phone number to and which ones don't

List your new landline number in the yellow pages, on your truck, ute or van. The calls will divert directly to your mobile.

Divert to Multiple Phones

You could be in a partnership or you might have someone helping you out, or you could have your own reasons for wanting to divert to multiple numbers. With us you can, we allow you to divert to up to 5 numbers - whoever answers the call first is the one who gets to answer the call. You are only charged call costs if you answer the call. 15c flat rate for landlines, 15c / min for mobiles.

Know it's a Work Call Before You Answer

When we forward a call to your mobile we transmit the caller ID of your own number so that when you look at your phone you know its a business call.

Inbound Call Greeting (Optional)

A nice touch is to recording a greeting that gets played as soon as someone calls. Let the caller know who they called and that their call is important to you. The greeting is played instantly, before the call is diverted to you. This is like having your own telephone system.

Out of Hours Greeting (Optional)

Like inbound call greetings above but you record a second greeting to be played out of hours, then log in and set your business hours for each day separately monday through to sunday. Then decide if you still want to divert the call to your mobile or go straight to our voicemail system.

Voice Mail (Optional)

Missing a call is not a problem. Record your voicemail greeting then log in to set the email address and how many seconds before voicemail cuts in. When someone calls and you let it go to voicemail they will hear your voicemail greeting leave a message. The recorded message will then be emailed to you. If your phone supports email you can pick up the email there! - this is far cheaper than calling in to receive voicemail. You will also have the message to listen to later as it will then be stored on your phone.

Call Logging (Optional)

After each call, we will send you an email with;

  • The phone number of the person who called you (if they don't block their number)
  • how long the call lasted.
  • The entire phone conversation recorded as an MP3

If your phone supports email(and most new ones do) you can recieve this directly to your phone. This comes in really handy if you are driving at the time (safety first) and cant take notes especially if your verbally quoting someone. Or quite simply if you cant remember exactly what you said last week.

Call Menu (Optional)

Record your greeting to say, "press 1 for sales enquiries, press 2 for technical support, press 3 for accounts" and have the call diverted to different numbers according to what the caller presses.
